Made to Measure

The MTM Process

Five steps

From consultation to delivery in approximately ten working days.

Every Centi Atelier suit follows the same five-step journey. Consult. Measure. Choose cloth. Construct. Deliver. The journey can take place in person at one of our boutiques, with a Centi-trained traveling tailor anywhere in the world, or remotely via our digital measurement protocol.

Step 01 · Consult

Begin a conversation with an atelier specialist.

Tell us the occasion, your existing wardrobe, your style references, and the silhouette you want. This is where we listen — and where the suit begins. The consult is free and takes 20 to 40 minutes depending on detail.

Step 1 — consultation

Step 02 · Measure

Twenty-eight to forty-two measurements, taken by hand.

Be measured by a master tailor in person or by a Centi-trained traveling tailor anywhere in the world. We capture between 28 and 42 individual measurements depending on garment — including shoulder slope, blade prominence, posture, and the way you wear your trousers. Our digital protocol is also available for remote clients.

Step 03 · Choose Cloth

Thirty-three certified mills. Hundreds of customization choices.

Choose from our 33-mill fabric library. Italian Heritage (VBC, Zegna, Cerruti 1881, Guabello), British Heritage, Italian Premium (cashmere, silk, Super 150s and above). Then customize: lapel style (notch, peak, shawl), lining, buttons, pockets, vents, monogramming, and working buttonholes.

Step 04 · Construct

Cut, fused, basted, and finished by hand.

Your suit is cut, fused, basted, and finished in our atelier. Every order is touched by a master tailor and signed off before it leaves the bench. MAISON is constructed with hand-canvassed jackets and hand-finished buttonholes.
