The Boutique & Retail Program is for established menswear shops, wedding boutiques, and multi-brand retailers who want to add Made-to-Measure to their offering without the fixed costs of an in-house tailor and a fabric inventory. We replace your fixed backend costs with on-demand production from our atelier — and we do it under your brand, not ours.
The Zero-Inventory Model
Eliminate your tailor salary. Never turn away a peak-season order again.
An in-house master tailor costs €2,500 to €5,000 per month. Fabric inventory ties up €10,000 to €20,000 in working capital. Peak season (wedding, holiday) overflows your capacity. One tailor's vacation blocks the line. Centi Atelier replaces all of it: no tailor salary, no fabric inventory, no capacity ceiling, no staffing risk. You order on demand from our 33-mill library. We produce, deliver, and you collect your margin.
How It Works
From application to first order in under two weeks.
1. Apply. We learn about your boutique — location, clientele, current capacity.
2. Setup. We curate an in-store fabric library for your market and ship it to you.
3. Training. Your staff is trained on measurement and order entry — in person where possible, otherwise online.
4. Display materials. Co-branded materials arrive ready to install.
5. First order. Place your first order. We produce in ~10 days, ship to you or direct to your client.

Each partner boutique receives a curated in-store fabric library — physical swatches from our 33-mill collection — plus a measurement kit, a digital order portal, and a dedicated Centi Atelier rep who supports no more than five partners at a time. Multi-location boutiques receive negotiated pricing, centralized account management, and quarterly performance reviews.
Pricing & Margins
Ex-factory pricing. Strong retail margins.
Partner pricing is ex-factory and volume-tiered. Typical boutique margins run 60% to 80%+ on retail. MOQ is one suit. Pricing is denominated in RMB; actual USD amounts are based on the exchange rate at the date of order. The full price list is shared during onboarding.
Frequently asked questions
Do I still need an in-house tailor?
No. Centi Atelier produces every order in our own ateliers. You measure; we tailor.
Will Centi Atelier appear on my labels?
No. Every suit ships under your brand. Centi Atelier never appears on a finished product made for a partner.
Do you serve multi-location chains?
Yes. The Multi-Location Program offers negotiated pricing, centralized accounts, and quarterly reviews for three or more locations.
What is the lead time?
Approximately 10 working days from order confirmation, plus shipping.
What is the minimum order?
One suit. There are no monthly minimums.
