The Brand Collaboration Program is for scaling online Made-to-Measure brands experiencing quality, capacity, or supplier-concentration issues. Centi Atelier operates as a reliable second manufacturer — under your brand, on your timeline, at our quality standard.

The Made-to-Measure category averages a return rate of 6% to 9%. Centi Atelier's published rate is 0.5% — over ten times better than the category average. We hit this number by signing off every order at the bench of a master tailor, by refining cut and fit across fourteen years of production, and by holding the discipline most online brands cannot. If your remake rate is hurting your unit economics, this program is for you.
Capacity
30,000 suits a year, scalable.
Two production ateliers produce over 30,000 suits per year. Lead time is approximately ten working days from order confirmation. We support pilot programs at low volume and scale to full production once a partnership is approved. MOQ is one suit; there are no monthly minimums during the pilot phase.
Integration
Zoho API, manual order entry, or full custom integration.
We integrate with online brands in three ways: directly via our Zoho-powered partner portal API, manual order entry through a shared portal account, or a full custom integration where your platform writes directly into our production system. All three methods are supported in production with current partners.
Confidentiality & IP
Strict NDAs. Centi Atelier never appears on a finished product.
All Brand Collaboration partnerships operate under strict mutual NDA. Centi Atelier never appears on any product manufactured for a partner — no inside labels, no shipping marks, no packaging cues. We currently work with a Cat 03 partner whose identity is contractually confidential, and we will never name, hint at, or reference any other Cat 03 partner publicly. Your brand is your asset. We are organized around protecting it.

No. Every product ships under your brand. No inside labels, no packaging cues. We are organized around invisibility for our brand partners.
What is the integration path?
Three options: Zoho API, manual portal entry, or a full custom integration. We support all three in production with current partners.
What is the typical pilot size?
Pilots typically run between 50 and 500 units. We scale to full production once unit economics and quality are validated.
Is the 0.5% return rate verifiable?
Yes. We publish the figure and report return rates per partner in monthly reviews.
What protects my IP and designs?
All partnerships operate under a strict mutual NDA. Tech packs and patterns are stored under your account in our production system and never shared.
