How long does a Centi Atelier suit take to make?
Approximately 10 working days from order confirmation to ready-to-ship, plus 3–9 days for shipping depending on plan.
What is the minimum order?
One suit. There are no monthly minimums, no upfront fees, and no commitment until your first order is placed.
Where are Centi Atelier suits made?
In our two production ateliers in China, by 200+ craftspeople including 10+ master tailors.
What is your return rate?
0.5%. The Made-to-Measure category average is 6% to 9%. Our rate is the result of 14 years of refining cut, drape, and finish, and signing off every order at the bench of a master tailor.
How many fabric mills do you work with?
33 certified mills. Italian Heritage (VBC, Zegna, Cerruti 1881, Guabello), British Heritage, and Italian Premium (cashmere, silk, Super 150s and above).
Can I be measured remotely?
Yes. Our digital measurement protocol guides remote clients through 28+ measurements. A short follow-up call with an atelier specialist confirms the order.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes — free at any Centi Atelier boutique. For traveling tailor and brand-partner clients, we reimburse outside alterations for first-order fit issues.
What customization is available?
Lapel style, lining, buttons, pockets, vents, monogramming, working buttonholes, and more. See the Customization Options page for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Plan 1 (Express, 3–5 days) is available worldwide. Plan 2 (Tax-Included, 7–9 days) is available in the US (48 states), Spain, UK, Germany, and France.
How are prices set?
Pricing is denominated in Chinese Renminbi (RMB). USD prices on materials are based on a reference rate of 1 USD = 7.2 RMB; the actual USD amount due is determined by the exchange rate on the date of order.
Are you taking on new partners?
Yes. The Traveling Tailor Program (Cat 01), the Boutique & Retail Program (Cat 02), and the Brand Collaboration Program (Cat 03) are all accepting applications. We are currently focused on Spain and New York for 2026 expansion.
